Sr. Information Systems (SAP) Manager

Responsibilities: Plan, architect and manage all phases of SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and Business Object (BO) development, implementation and enhancement projects applying SAP methodology. The specific duties include: (1) Drive SAP and business teams to gather the requirements, provide estimates and developing technical and functional design documents; (2) Manage / monitor the project charters, blueprinting, project standards, business tollgates, architecture reviews, technical and functional designs in SAP space; (3) Budget, scope, and manage technical / business teams for SAP Projects; (4) Manage multiple SAP BW/BO roll-outs and lay out the roadmap for SAP initiatives; (5) Allocate and manage resources on new SAP BW system development / implementation efforts through the corporate IT project life cycle; (6) Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Advisory in SAP Domain and lead project development applying SAP BW/BO, ABAP/4, SAP CRM, SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP HCM, SAP ECC, SAP SCM, SAP Solution Manager, SAP Security, SAP FICO, SQL, and PL/SQL; (7) Architect robust data models and report designs adhering to the enterprise’s SAP data warehouse standards; (8) Study business process changes in SAP systems affecting the SAP BW/BO reports and propose global business intelligent reporting solutions; (9) Design complex Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to add business value for enterprise in various business streams; (10) Identify project roadblocks ahead and work with business management to minimize disruptions; and (11) Provide business management with updates to project plans including milestones, mitigate issues pertaining to the SAP BW implementations and following the necessary escalation procedures.
Requirements: Master’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or in a closely related field plus minimum 3 year experience (alternatively accept Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years experience) in the offered position or in a related occupation such as software engineer/developer, systems / programmer analyst.
